Xiaomi recruits volunteers to test Android 10 firmware on Redmi K20 Pro

Xiaomi is testing Android 10 firmware on Mi 9 in China, and is now preparing to launch testing for another

smartphone, but already in the global market.

Indian division of the company announceda set of volunteers to test the new firmware with the MIUI shell for Redmi K20 Pro. It will be possible to submit the application until September 8, and the selection results will be announced on September 11. Whether the beta version of the OS will appear in Europe is still unknown.

Recall, the release of Android 10 will be held at the nextweek and Xiaomi plans to upgrade to the new OS 11 of its smartphones. At the end of this year, stable firmware will be released for Mi MIX 3, Mi 9, Redmi K20, Redmi K20 Pro, Mi 8, Mi 8 Screen Fingerprint Edition, Mi 8 Explorer Edition, Mi Mix 2S and Mi 9 SE. Early next year, an update will be released for Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro.
