Yota will start paying money for explaining tariffs to other subscribers

Mobile operator Yota has launched the Yota Guru project in pilot mode. It will enable experienced users

receive money for explaining the terms of service to other subscribers. That is, customers are offered, in fact, to become support staff.

To participate in the project, you need to register onsite yota.guru. After that, you must complete a training course. The company will tell you about its products, teach the rules of communication. After successfully passing the test, the user receives the "Guru" status. Such a client can advise others in the chat.

It is noted that the training and quality control specialists of the Yota contact center will control the tone and nature of the dialogues.

Yota promises that it will pay with “regular rubles to the card”. The first money can be received after the user has successfully solved 30 questions.
